A number of TVET UK members have considerable experience of providing training or specialist equipment and learning resources to the oil and gas industries. TVET UK’s presence at Get Energy provided an opportunity position TVET UK as a one stop shop for accessing those services with employers and trainers within the sector.

The current economic climate led to a drop in the number of organisations attending the event, however, TVET UK members were still able to take up high quality leads including a link with Kazakh Britain Technical University which has indirectly lead to a partnership between a TVET UK member and a Kazakh University.
