GESS event - Gulf Education Supplies and Solutions

TVET UK is working with the organisers of GESS (Gulf Education Supplies and Solutions) to develop and increase the amount of technical, professional and vocational content at this year's show.
We are proposing to take a large combined “TVET UK Village“ space at the event with an accompanying series of seminars, roundtables and access to high level guests that visit the show.
TVET UK will be working with the organisers of GESS to ensure key TVET related people are invited and fully briefed on what is on offer from the UK. In addition we will be working to ensure press coverage prior to and after the show for TVET UK members.
This event is an important and significant step in raising the UK TVET sector’s profile in this region accessing people and opportunities that would take several visits to achieve normally. We will be looking to bring in government officials from all GCC countries as well as heads of institutions interested in partnerships and purchasing equipment. We will also invite study abroad agents as walk in delegates to meet colleges.
We also plan to add on two days before the show for TVET UK members to visit and meet key stakeholders and institutions. This is a great way to build on an existing presence or to test the water if you are new to the region. This is just one of the ways that TVET UK is helping to develop opportunities for UK education by adding significant value to an already popular event.
