Founded in 1891, City College Norwich (CCN) is one of the largest Colleges of Further and Higher Education in the UK and offers provision in all areas of learning with the exception of land based studies, attracting approximately 15,000 students onto a broad range of programmes from academic to vocational courses.
One of the College’s key strengths is employer engagement. City College Norwich is closely involved with five National Skills Academies (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail and Creative & Cultural Skills); has three Centres of Vocational Excellence; and has the Training Quality Standard for excellence in employer engagement.
The College holds the Customer First Kitemark, the Queen’s Anniversary Prize and has Investors in People.
CCN is also the first College in the UK to gain official Awarding Organisation Status.
